Case Study: Integrated Monitoring of Coal Chemical Plants
In the mobile monitoring project at the Hongshaquan Coal Mine open-pit mine in Xinjiang, we built an integrated mobile monitoring station based on the HSD-INV system. This station features low power consumption, fast response, and ease of operation. Users only need to plan the mobile monitoring route according to the actual situation to flexibly deploy and monitor coal piles in different areas, thereby achieving optimal resource allocation.
In the Xinjiang Yankuang Coal Chemical Plant, the gasifier is a high-temperature, high-pressure reaction vessel, with a normal internal temperature typically between 1300 and 1500°C. The gasifier lining is constantly subjected to the erosion of high-temperature gases and slag, gradually thinning and even developing cracks or detaching. This causes abnormally high furnace wall temperatures, reducing the strength of the gasifier's metal outer shell and leading to equipment safety issues. In this project, the HSD-INV system performs non-contact, real-time temperature monitoring of the gasifier, promptly notifying maintenance of any anomalies to ensure safe operation and extend the gasifier's service life.
In blast furnace smelting production at ironmaking plants, the refractory material of the furnace body is subjected to prolonged erosion by high-temperature hot air, leading to reduced strength, gradual thinning and flaking, and in severe cases, rupture of the air supply pipes, threatening safe production. In this project, the HSD-INV system performs non-contact real-time temperature monitoring of critical components such as the blast furnace body and air supply pipes in the ironmaking plant. Anomalies are promptly detected and reported to maintenance personnel, ensuring safe production and extending service life.
The HSD-INV system can also be applied to refining, storage, and transportation scenarios in petrochemical plants, monitoring the temperature and liquid level of critical facilities around the clock. It provides timely warnings of abnormal temperatures, liquid leaks, and unauthorized operations, eliminating safety hazards and preventing major accidents.
