1. VAT

All prices displayed on Orbitmate are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping costs. Customers with a valid international VAT number can request VAT-exempt pricing during checkout.

Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is successfully received.

4. Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

• Please use the payment details provided at checkout.
• Orders are reserved for 5 business days awaiting payment.
• Shipping begins immediately after we confirm receipt of funds (usually 1–3 business days for international transfers).

5. VAT-Exempt Purchases (Business Customers)

If you have a valid EU or international VAT/GST number and your order is shipped outside Hong Kong/China, VAT will be automatically removed at checkout when you enter your valid VAT number.

An official electronic invoice from Chainalytics Limited will be sent to your email immediately after your order is confirmed.

Refund Methods:

1. Order Cancellation

• Before shipment: 100% refund, free cancellation
• After shipment but still in origin country: Refund minus actual shipping costs incurred
• After the parcel has left the origin country: Cancellation no longer possible

2. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return (standard in-stock items only)

You may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refund = product price minus original shipping and return shipping costs (if we arrange the return).

3. Non-Returnable Item suarantee

If a product has a non-artificial defect within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it free of charge, including both-way shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Activated software/services
• Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or gifts
• Damage caused by misuse, liquid, or modification

5.Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.

6. How to Request a Return/Refund
