- This online intelligent monitoring project for the primary electrical equipment of the Yele Hydropower Station adopted a variety of product selections, including Type A, Mini, and RT, to conduct real-time monitoring of indoor and outdoor scenarios.
- The HSD-INV system provides 24/7 monitoring of primary electrical equipment, including generator sets, power distribution units, busbar tunnels, and switchyards. Staff can simultaneously view and manage all monitoring areas through a client platform.
- The HSD-INV system can promptly detect and locate thermal defects in equipment, effectively helping to reduce the overall failure rate of the power system and ensure safe operation.
2. A substation in Sichuan Province
The system provides non-contact online early warning monitoring for main transformer appearance defects, bushing temperature, and oil level within substations. As shown in the image, the HSD-INV system intelligently performs zoned temperature measurement on transformer bushings, independently analyzing and managing different temperature measurement points within the same monitoring area, resulting in more precise and targeted temperature management.
3.Anshun Converter Station, China Southern Power Grid Ultra-High Voltage Transmission Company
Real-time monitoring of thermal anomalies in critical nodes such as filters and cables within the converter station is implemented to prevent equipment failures or cable fires. This project also introduced intelligent inspection equipment—the HSD-INV-S3 mobile thermal imager—to assist staff in conducting efficient operation and maintenance, comprehensively safeguarding the safe operation of the converter station.
4.Early warning of spontaneous combustion hazard in coal piles
Coal stored for extended periods is prone to internal spontaneous combustion. The equipment, installed in open-air or indoor coal yards, monitors the surface temperature of coal stacks around the clock, detects hidden ignition sources, and prevents spontaneous combustion. It can also monitor for overheating and fires on coal conveyor belts, providing timely warnings of potential hazards and ensuring safe power generation.
5.Power transmission lines protected against wildfires and exposed to external damage
We have delivered a total of 60 sets of HSD-INV intelligent unmanned operation systems on power transmission lines in Liaoning, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu and other places. The equipment automatically cruises and scans to detect wildfires along the transmission lines, monitors the operating status of key equipment on the lines, and accurately locates faults; it also has perimeter protection functions such as intelligent event recognition and analysis, and can identify suspicious targets 24 hours a day to prevent theft and external damage.
